Selected key achievements Corporate Compliance (2014-2017):
As a part of the Ethics & Legal Compliance Team, introduced and implemented the Compliance requirements within the Groups companies. Delivered the compliance requirements on sites by introducing presentations and compliance policies. Compliance counselling to Senior Management across the divisions and the different functions.
Compliance legal practice include:
Launch and implement the Compliance plans and requirements, policies and procedures within the Groups companies in accordance with international anti-bribery legislation and best law enforcement practices (UK BA 2010, FCPA);
Deliver the compliance requirements on sites by introducing presentations and compliance policies;
Lead compliance trainings and presentations;
Introduce regular compliance regional roundtables to discuss and increase the effectives of regional implementation of the company global compliance initiatives;
Advise on the Executive liability & indemnification.
